Josephine Covarrubias, CEO and Founder

JC Tech Solutions has a professional passion for assisting private and public sector organizations in providing Information Technology Technical Support.

In 2017, Josephine established a consulting team which dedicated it's mission to support business professionals to work towards meeting their IT goals and achievements.

 

Josephine began her technical career at a silicon valley company, Pana Pacific Corporation (H.G. Brix/American Wireless) in Campbell, CA an electronic wholesale distributors company. She worked in the IT Department for nine years and held various technology positions that was critical for business operations (Night Operator, Technician III, Systems Administrator, Application Specialist, Hardware Migration Speicalist). Upon moving to Salinas, she worked 7 years for the Monterey County Office of Education in the Migrant Ed Dept, as the IT Systems Supervisor and Consultant to Head Start working on Technology and Disaster Recovery Planning and IT Implementations, and Database Systems Management. She continued to work another 7 years remotely with E.L. Achieve a Educational Consultant company and built a robust website while providing IT Client Services request. She served as IT Coordinator for the Dioceses of Monterey County for 7 years in supporting network servers/PCs Apple/Windows hardware, software support, web designing, help desk support, and much more. Josie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in management information systems from San Jose State University, San Jose California. Over the years she has accumulated extensive supervisory skills working with teams and client services. Her career pathway has led her to extend her passion towards supporting IT Support to high performing businesses in need.
